We need accommodation for one night 12 Oct in Nice, we will be arriving by train from Genova not sure what time but hoping early afternoon - we are planning to take an early morning flight 6.45am the next day to Bordeaux - not ideal I know but we have to be in Bordeaux on the 13th - any suggestions for suitable accommodation would be greatly appreciated. There are 5 in our party and as we are basically just there to sleep don%26#39;t want anything too expensive, had hoped to stay at the Nice Garden Hotel but they are booked out.

We stayed at the Massenet for 1 night in May. Very good location for a short stay, as within easy walk of beach, restaurants and shops. We had a triple room which was plenty adequate. The lady at reception speaks fluent English (she may be English from memory) very helpful and welcoming. You will wish you had longer there - we did, Nice was more than I was expecting....and one day wasn%26#39;t long enough. Enjoy your trip.
