Nice - Perpinan

Gday there,

I%26#39;m travelling with my partner from Nice to Perpignan in late August over a week.

Any ideas about places to go to or atttactions/places to see would be great.

We%26#39;re hiring a car, so we can go where we%26#39;d like. We%26#39;re also intersted in travelling partly inland for a while to stay at some bed and breakfasts etc.

Any info would be great

Consider the Camargue area if you are interested in horses and wildlife.

Or Orange, Glanum, Vaisons-la -Romaine and Nîmes if you are interested in Roman ruins.

Or the Luberon (IMO vastly overrated and crowded)

Or les Gorges du Verdon.

Maybe you could be more specific?
