What is the best form of transportation to get from cruise ship terminal in La Havre to Paris and back? We have total of 11 hours in which to see Paris.

I guess a train to Gare Saint Lazare is the best way!
Before airplanes, people arriving by ship to the coast of France would take train to gare Saint Lazare.
