Hello experts. My friend and I will be travelling to Paris in November to attend %26lt;Les 4 Ecoles d%26#39;Art Equestre%26gt; at the Bercy stadium. We%26#39;re really looking forward to enjoying a lovely, leisurely week in your city.
Could you recommend an attractive and comfortable hotel, hopefully with a bar ;-), that is priced under $250US a night? Ideally, it would be convenient to Bercy but well-situated to explore the rest of the city.
