What to do in Nantes

Hope to take a short break in Nantes, along with my husband and mother, its her birthday present she will be 70. We like Churces Museums and eating out. Could someone suggest something to see or do while we are there, also tips on accomadation. We are planning on going early October so what weather should we expect?

Thanks

Those last years, weather was far better in October than in July. But one never knows.

There is plenty to do during a few days in Nantes. First, you can visit the castle which was renovated recently and the cathedral Saint Pierre. Don%26#39;t forget to see the elephant and les machines de l%26#39;île. It%26#39;s new and it%26#39;s fantastic. I posted here a %26quot;To do list%26quot; which might be interesting for you. tripadvisor.com/GoListDetail-i13012-Must_see…

Concerning accomodation, I would recommend Hotel des Colonies, Hotel Pommeraye or L%26#39;hotel. They are very central.

Don%26#39;t hesitate if you have further questions.
