Marseille - Cannes train late night

hello,

could please anyone tell me, till what time i can get from Marseille to Cannes by train?

are there any trains late in the evening? If I arrive from Madrid to Marseille at about 11 pm, do I have chance to get to Cannes by 4 am?

or maybe to nice by 6 am (at 7 am I have my next flight).

oh, that%26#39;s going to be in October, if this matters. Saturday night.
