hiking Capu d'Orto

I am doing some hiking in Corsica -- not the GR20 stuff because of my fear of precipices. Anyway, my guide said on the last day we%26#39;ll be in Piana and we could do the hike through the forest to the summit of Capu d%26#39;Orto. I saw a picture and it looks scary cause it%26#39;s exposed granite with cairns. Has anyone done the hike that can comment on it?
