Dream Castle Hotel - CDG Airport Transfers

Please advise on the most convenient transfer method between CDG and Dream Castle Hotel?

Arrive on 15th Aug at 11am for a week at Dream Castle with a 4 year old. Return on 22nd for 11%26gt;45am flight!

Haven%26#39;t booked park tickets yet so would appreciate best advice? Have heard annual pass is best value but cannot find advertised?

Am also confused as to whether my 4 year old can enter parks for FREE as advertsied by Disney???

Advice on building an itinery would be most welcomed also as am planning on 5 days at Disney Resort with a day or two elsewhere, such as Paris City Centre (Eiffel Tower etc) or Val de Europe Shopping Centre???

Not asking much am I... PLEASE HELP!!!

Many thanks everyone!

Hi - have sent you a PM about the transfer methods.

In terms of park tickets - a 3 day hopper pass for an adult will cost you €128 euros and €84 for a child. You have to pay for all children over the age of 3. Not sure where you have seen the advertising for children aged 4 going free - perhaps you can let us know where.

(see here http://www.dlrpmagic.com/guides/practical/passportprices/)

The cheapest passport is the Francillien at €89 euros but has restriction days and those include the days that you are there so that would not be suitable. The next pass after that is the Fantasy at €129 for an adult but again the restriction dates include the dates you are there so not suitable. You can find details on the prices and what they do include here (dlrpmagic.com/guides/…)

In terms of an itinery - I%26#39;ll put something together and post that later.

I think the %26#39;under 7%26#39;s go free%26#39; only comes as part of an actual Disneyland package deal to celebrate 15 years of Disney in Paris this year which is sounds as if you have booked. Your tickets are usually included in the price? By Dream Castle Hotel I assume you mean the Main Hotel, the Disneyland Hotel? The train station is right outside with trains into Paris very frequent.

If you booked a package deal via the Disney web site then travel from CDG is also included: This is taken form the web site itself

%26quot;· Take the VEA Airport shuttle bus (included in the flight package price, together with airport taxes and passenger service charges).

· The service links Roissy/Charles de Gaulle airport with 6 Disney Hotels every 15 minutes to 1 hour, 7 days a week.

· For information or for time schedules visit www.vea.fr or call +33 (0) 1 72 30 10 25.%26quot;

Thanks ruthiebabe, as many times as we have been now I haven%26#39;t ever known what this hotel is called!

dragon666 - the only relevant part of my reply then is the %26#39;under 7%26#39;s go free%26#39; part :)

Apologies

It was known as the Movenpick hotel till a while ago. Had some friends stay at this hotel last month with girls aged 7 and 5 - they loved it. The standard of the near the magic hotels now is pretty good - I believe the only thing that lets it down are the shuttles are not as frequent as they are to the in the magic hotels.

The whole area around Disney is continuing to develop which can only be a positive thing.

will see you there dragon666!! Thats if you ever get there!! We arrive at Dream Castle Hotel on the 13th Aug and have a four day pass for Disney (four days for the price of three bought from disney website approx £215 ish for two adults and 1 child the other one is under 3 so goes free).

The V.E.A shuttle service will take you from CDG to Dream Castle Hotel in approx one hour. Departure points as follow; Roissy terminal 1, door 30, Roissy 2B and 2D, door 12; Roissy 2A and 2C, door 11; Roissy 3 in front of arrivals-departure hall. Sounds good but in truth we%26#39;ll leave the airpot and just hold our breath and hope for the best!!

Hope that helps!!

Please be aware that only 4 busses a day drop off directly at the Dream Castle. The rest of the time you must get dropped off at the station and then catch the free shuttle bus.

On a Monday the busses are the 8.10, 12.10, 15.25 and the 18.10.
