We will be staying 3 nights and are trying to see Les Baux, St. Remy, Arles and Gordes (if there is time). Which town would be a better base and offer some restaurants outside of the hotel? Also, which hotel or B%26amp;B would be a good choice in a moderate/higher price range? Thanks.

I would definitely start with Arles just because there are more hotel and restaurant options. You%26#39;ll need a rental car to see the other sights, of course.

I agree that arles would be my pick - more choices(restaurants, hotels) than the other two - I would not stay in les beaux - too small - it%26#39;s a great place to visit.
We stayed in Arles last year and found it a great base town for the area - smalll enough to walk around and see things with a lot of choice for restaurants, shops etc.
